PTI Small Group Fitness

 
     
 
 
     
 

Stone Training has developed the small group fitness program of PTI (Private Training Instruction).

A PTI program is led by a Private Training Instructor (PTI) who will structure the program suitable for the group’s level of intensity. The primary benefit of a PTI program is that combines the use of what is essentially a Personal Trainer (PTI) and the structure of a military inspired Boot Camp program.

The program is designed as a Canberra gym membership alternative. You will have your own personal fitness trainer and with the small group fitness structure the trainer will gain an understanding of your requirements to create a purpose driven fitness program.

Certain sessions can be scheduled at our Canberra gym location; however fitness sessions will primarily take place at the scenic Commonwealth Place on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin – the ideal Canberra fitness solution. All domains of fitness are covered in the PTI program.
