The FightFit Kickboxing program is a month long innovation instructed by experienced Muay Thai practitioner and fighter, now fitness trainer Frannice Jorgensen under the guidance of trainer Gavin Stone. You will learn Muay Thai strikes in kicking, knees and elbows along with punching from an experienced instructor and how these can be applied in fitness training, as per the FightFit mandate.
