Combine Boot Camp will involve boxing and tactical fitness conditioning. As a combatant of Combine Boot Camp your mission will be to improve athletic ability in strategically set Combine challenges of the program. In a 2 day schedule sessions will alternate between Stone Training HQ, Commonwealth Place and Mt Ainslie. Outcomes of the program include:
- Muscle tone and decrease bodyfat
- Increased strength (neural)
- Speed and Agility
- Increased anaerobic threshold
Combine Boot Camp Schedule: (Note - subjet to change)
Friday 4.30pm - Strength & Conditioning
Friday 6pm - STI Boxing
Saturday 3pm - STI Boxing
Saturday 5pm - Mt Ainslie Tactical Fitness
Training will involve a combination of combat sport from the STI Boxing method, and tactical fitness training using kettlebells, tractor tyres, battle ropes, as well as strength & conditioning equipment.
The program is influenced by the Combine training movement as seen in professional athlete draft selection camps. Combine Boot Camp is designed for civilians in the following categories:
- Seeking a boost to their current fitness training regime
- Supplement session to Boxing Boot Camp
- Pre season sports conditioning (Rugby codes, AFL, Soccer)
The Combine Boot Camp program mission is to create civilian combat fitness, and is personally designed and instructed by PT Gavin Stone. Combine Boot Camp is a unique fitness training program with places limited.
