Gavin Stone Personal Training offers Athlete Performance training enabling athletes to increase their sports performance. Training programs are designed and instructed by Gavin Stone. The goal of performance training is to bridge the gap between strength & conditioning services available to professional athletes, and the training completed by athletes at semi-professional and amateur level. Gavin Stone has experience in personal performance training of Super Rugby, Australian Wallabies and professional MMA athletes.
Gavin Stone Personal Training will prepare individual athletes and teams to maximise their performance on the sporting field. Gavin Stone takes a holistic approach, with Athlete Performance division services in:
