XT Personal Training is fitness training under the guidance of a personal trainer for a group of 3-5 people. By doing personal training with a friend, partner and fellow fitness enthusiasts you will enjoy a cost effective, enjoyable, competitive, inspirational and driven experience. XT Personal Training provides the ideal solution for those looking for a value added fitness training service.
XT (x-cross training) Personal Training consists of individualised programs which can focus on specific outcomes of fitness training. XT Personal Training will utilise traditional cross training fitness methods. Sessions will consist of two phases:
1) individualised strength & conditioning program
2) aerobic & lactic threshold conditioning, and/or boxing & combat conditioning
Outcomes of XT Personal Training include:
- Strength training (including core)
- Muscle tone
- Bodyfat reduction (weight loss)
- SAQ (speed, agility, quickness)
- Increase training knowledge
With subtle changes to one on one training, XT Personal Training provides a personalised fitness training solution. A personal trainer will work with individuals (phase 1) and as a small group (phase 2)

10 week cycles (starting June 4, Aug 14, Oct 23)
1 session per week 10 weeks – $250.00
10 x 1 hour sessions
Initial 45 min training consultation*
2 sessions per week 10 weeks - $450.00
20 x 1 hour sessions
Initial 45 min training consultation*
Payment made in 5 week blocks
Outside 10 week cycles are charged on a pro-rata basis

*Initial 45 min training consultation will consist of 30 minute generalised one on one personal training session whereby trainer will gauge level of fitness for programming. A 15 minute discussion will follow to outline training goals and purpose.
XT Personal Training will provide you with a structure to enable the opportunity to achieve your goals, delivered in a friendly non threatening manner.
