Gavin Stone is a leading international and award winning personal trainer. Gavin is a qualified fitness professional and has extensive experience in the fitness industry, and is a strong advocate for results based fitness training.
The philosophy of Gavin Stone is based on an effective method that focuses on the improvement of all qualities of fitness; which in turn creates an all round more functional physique for achieving fitness goals, sporting endeavours and everyday life. Gavin is devoted to constantly studying, researching and working as a fitness professional on a daily basis. Gavin is the international agent for world renowned Muay Thai Camp K.R.S. Gym in Thailand and has trained as both a boxer and Muay Thai fighter.
Gavin additionally has hands on experience with physical and intellectually disabled clientele to create a diverse array of experience.
