Based in Canberra, Australia Gavin Stone Personal Training will provide you with a structure to enable you the best possible opportunity to achieve your goals, delivered in a friendly non threatening manner. The process includes:
1) No charge initial consultation
2) First session: fitness screening, fitness assessment, introduction training session
3) Design of program and/or individual session plan structure
4) Training sessions implemented
5) Review fitness assessments

Fitness Assessments
Fitness Assessments are conducted on a regular basis in Personal Training sessions, however an individual may like to take the opportunity to have a standalone Fitness Assessment. Fitness Assessments give you the opportunity to gauge your current level of fitness by setting a benchmark, therefore paving the way results based training.
Individual Fitness Assessment sessions will take place in the same one hour structure as a Personal Training session.
