Canberra Boot Camp
Canberra Boot Camp is a boutique fitness training program aimed at assisting and developing individuals and groups towards improved fitness and health. The uniqueness of the Canberra Boot Camp is that it utilises the Stone Training System which brings together traditional training methods from previous eras, and combines it with modern sports science based methods. The methods of the Stone Training System have been functionally researched by Gavin Stone in operating Australian based Boot Camp programs, modern Australian based personal training sessions and Thailand based Muay Thai training camp sessions (authentic Muay Thai boxing).
